ABS-O-LUTE HEALTH CLUB

Abs-O-lute Health Club is a locally owned and operated club committed to improving your health and fitness.  The club has state of the art Precor strength machines, including free weights, a Nautilus circuit and Precor cardio machines all equipped with cardio theater for your viewing pleasure.  A group cycling room is located at the front of the facility with Schwinn and Star Trac cycles for group cycling with many class times to choose from.  A group fitness room with daily and evening classes included in membership is available to all members.  Specialty classes are an extra fee and non members may also take part in our Yoga classes.  Karate is also offered as a specialy class.

Day lockers, change areas and showers are provided for members.

Available to our members we have a diverse pool of certified personal trainers to help you surmount your fitness goals and challenges.

Abs-O-lute Health Club is a water only facility and we also require that you bring a change of footwear as shoes worn outdoors are not permitted.  We pride ourselves in providing a well maintained facility and ask that you respect our rules and regulations.
